The hotel has 43 new renovated rooms and 16 budget rooms. All rooms have shower/WC, hair-dryer, balance, balcony, direct dialling phone, TV/radio.

The Hotel Kristall Saphir is a family-run three star superior hotel with an excellent infrastructure set in the pictoresque village of Saas Almagell. Guaranteed snow, a mild, southerly climate low in allergens, superb scenery and unspoilt villages are our trump cards and are to guarantee you an unforgettable holiday. We are located at the beginning of the village on a quiet and sunny spot. At the front of the hotel you might wish to relax surrounded by a lovely blooming garden with its natural fish pond and a play-ground. Our Restaurant shall provide you a high standard, gourmet and fine cuisine within elegant atmosphere. An abundand Buffet allows you to enjoy your breakfast at will. Our Chef daily prepares a 4 courses half-board menu (2 starters, on choice, main course and dessert). News! We may also offer you a conference room. Wireless-LAN free of charge with fast DSL is available in the lounge and dining area.

Our Restaurant shall provide you a high standard, gourmet and fine cuisine within elegant atmosphere. An abundand Buffet allows you to enjoy your breakfast at will. Our Chef daily prepares a 4 courses half-board menu (2 starters, on choice, main course and dessert). Our headwaiter shall be pleased to suggest you a wide variety of wines. A skillful expert selected the vintages in their respective areas.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Internet via modem is available in the business centre and costs CHF 5.00 per 30 minutes. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs CHF 5.00 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
