Area information

The area of Sa Coma was born as a centre for tourists in the decade of the 1980’s with the building of the first hotels, apartments and second residencies. Since then and to the present day the area has continued to grow but in a controlled manner, respecting the green belt and the areas of special and officially protected natural interest while still offering areas for recreation and leisure.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 7 to 14 years are charged 25 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 40 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
