All 378 of our guest rooms are fully equipped with modern comforts including cable television and high-speed internet access. All rooms include a balcony. On our three Executive floors you find our VIP and Master Suites, which offer exclusive extra services and privacy.

Hotel details

Among the hotel’s wide range of amenities are a gym, a sauna, and adult and child swimming pools. We also offer a number of meeting rooms, the largest of which can accommodate up to 280 people. Our helipad has been approved by the DAC (the Brazilian Department of Aeronautics).

Within the hotel complex you find an award-winning international restaurant named "All Seasons", a Japanese restaurant "Sora", a lounge bar and a patisserie.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms only and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged USD 53.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
