Franklyn D. Resort & Spa features 76 spacious, air-conditioned suites housed in eight low-rise buildings of distinct Tuscan-style architecture. One or two-bedroom suites are beautifully furnished, and their spaciousness is perfect for families. All suites, some wheel-chair accessible, are just steps from the Caribbean sea and are complete with living room and dining area, stocked refrigerator and spacious balcony or garden terrace! Cancellation policy
One night cancellation charge if cancelled within 7 days of arrival.
A three night deposit is required to guarantee all overseas bookings, with the balance due three weeks prior to arrival, EXCEPT for bookings for Christmas, President's Week and Easter when the balance is due four weeks prior to arrival.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Child policy
Children until 6 years old are free; 1 child per parent. Children are allowed in all room types.
The maximum amount of children in parent's room is 3 children. The maximum age for children in parent's room is 15 years.
Cribs and rollaway beds available at no additional cost.
Babysitting is free from 9am - 4:40pm. After that it is USD 4 per hour payable directly to the Vacation Nanny.
The hotel has a supervised Kid's Club, Preteens Club, and Teens Club with many daily activities.
Kids rates between 6-15 years vary based on the season.

Sea Grape Spa - Located on the water, at the eastern boundary of the resort. Massages, along with baths and other spa treatments, are enjoyed here.
