Hotel details

From 6 November 2008, the restaurant and bar will be closed on Tuesday and Wednesday nights. From this date, the restaurant will be open in the evenings from Thursday to Monday (including Sundays). Guests arriving on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, are requested to provide a time of arrival.

Food & Beverages

If you would like to have dinner during your stay you must make a reservation in advance, as the restaurant is very popular. Bookings can be made by emailing the hotel, using the contact information provided on your booking confirmation email.

Payment Information: Please note that the Auld Kirk Hotel does not accept American Express or Diners Club Cards.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 30.00 will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
