The beautiful lobby, equipped with a luxurious internet corner and the bar, "The Garden of Eden", reflects the quality and attention paid to your requirements throughout the hotel. The internet corner is free of charge for hotel guests. The hotel also offers wireless internet in the public areas and in the meetingroom (free of charge!). You can relax in the bar with a drink and enjoy our typical dutch snacks. Restaurant: The restaurant offers you an extensive international buffet breakfast. Roomservice: The hotel offers 24-hour roomservice. Rooms: All rooms are non smoking. Fitness: For a complete work-out, our professional TechnoGym equipment and the cardio fitness room are the place to be! Enjoy the music while you are having a good start to the day. The fitness room is free of charge for all hotel guests. Meetings: For a successful meeting you are welcome in our large air-conditioned meeting room which offers a capacity of up to 60 persons. The room is equiped with modern technical facilities and audiovisual equipment. Excursions: Many tourist attractions, shops, restaurants, terraces and trendy bars are within a few minutes walking distance from the hotel. Are you arriving by ship? Your ship can be tied up for five minutes in front of the hotel! Discounted entrance tickets for typical Rotterdam attractions such as Spido Harbourtrips and the Euromast, can be obtained at the hotel front desk.

Restaurant: In our trendy restaurant on the ground floor you can enjoy our extensive international buffet breakfast. Bar: In the informal bar "The Garden of Eden"you can relax with a drink and enjoy the traditional Dutch snacks. The bar offers a small menu such as pizza's, sandwiches, lasagne etc. The hotel also knows a few nice restaurants at a walking distance. Roomservice: The hotel offers 24-hour roomservice.

DEPOSIT: If your booking is not guaranteed with valid credit card details, a deposit of EURO 50 is required upon check-in.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 15.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 16.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
