The Hotel Bachmair am See enjoys a 180-year-old tradition of hospitality. The hotel offers a full range of wellness and beauty facilities for leisure or conference guests. These include an indoor pool (20 x 10 metres), various saunas, steam baths and jacuzzis as well as a large outdoor pool open from May until September. The hotel gym features 30 fitness machines, a (111 m²) large gymnastics area, 2 bowling lanes, an indoor putting green and a 60-seater cinema.

Travel information By car: From the direction Munich or Salzburg you can take the highway no A8 to the exit (97) Holzkirchen. Take the federal road to Gmund, St. Quirin and Tegernsee to Rottach-Egern. At the beginning of Rottach-Egern at the first traficlights turn right into the Seestrasse. After 800 meters you will find the hotel on the left hand side. By Train: From the central station Munich please take the train connection to Tergernsee. In Tegernsee there is a buslink to Rottach-Egern. Cabs are also in front of the station available.

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children from 7 to 12 years are charged EUR 23.00 per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 43.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
