The Hotel Neptun’s rooms are located between the 5th floor and the 18th floor. All of the rooms feature a balcony with wonderful sea views and a range of modern comforts. Special rooms for health-conscious guests can be found on the hotel’s 2 wellness floors. In these non-smoking rooms, you will find fruit juice in the minibar, fresh fruit on your pillow, and healthy living magazines on your table.

Food & Beverages

The Neptun’s breakfast buffet is served daily in the cosy Koralle restaurant. During the evenings, you can enjoy tasty themed buffets here. In the Neptun’s Broiler Grill restaurant, you can try delicious roast chicken dishes, homemade sauces and a variety of beverages. The hotel’s Kranich restaurant serves fresh fish specialities, hearty regional cuisine and a range of healthy meal options. The Neptun’s bistro features a terrace and a beer garden, and offers a selection of beverages, ice creams and snacks. Located 64 metres above ground level, the Panorama Café is a great place to relax with cakes and sweet treats, as you enjoy wonderful views of the Baltic Sea. The Sky Bar is a popular social meeting place, and can be found on the 19th floor. The bar offers live music, dancing and an extensive range of beverages.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 10.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.25 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 14 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
