The Residenz-Strandhotel provides exclusively furnished rooms and suites, which are individually air-conditioned, equipped with special sound insulation facilities to secure undisturbed calmness and recreation. All rooms / suites up from the 1st floor dispose of a sea roof-deck or balcony with sea view. Each room offers flatscreen TC with radio, access for digicam or camcorder, accessible wardrobe with safe. Free supply of high-quality drinking water on each floor.

A 19 to overseas harbour (Überseehafen), through the tunnel (toll: EUR 2), then B 103 to Warnemünde. At the end of the town motorway turn left to Richard- Wagner-Strasse. At the next traffic light turn right and on the following street left again. At the end of the street turn right to the street Seestrasse From airport Laage: motorway A 19 (see above). From ferry coming from Scandinavia: motorway A 19 (see above).

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
