Feel good atmosphere for everybody! All rooms and suites are furnished with attention to detail. Natural materials, warm colours and maritime details create a stylish and cozy atmosphere. Equipments like air condition, desk, telephone with modem/LAN access, tv, music, safety deposit box, mini bar, coffee/tea facilities leave nothing to be desired. Marble bathroom with double washstand, tub, toilet, hairdryer and make up mirror as well as a large balcony are a matter of course.

Food & Beverages

Appetizing, rich and diversified: that’s the gastronomic world of Yachthafenresidenz with its 6 restaurants. Taste Sea food, Italian and steak specialities or have a drink in our brasserie or one of our 5 bars while enjoying the enchanting view over sea and marina. The best start in your day is our rich breakfast buffet "good morning". Diversified half board (3 course dinner or buffet).

The city/ tourist tax is charged between the 1st May and the 30th September only.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 11.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.25 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Up to two children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Up to two children from 6 to 11 years are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Up to two children from 12 to 15 years are charged EUR 45.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
