The Portholes Bar Sit back and enjoy a drink in our Portholes Bar with its tropical aquarium, offering a relaxed atmosphere. The bar houses many artefacts relating to the area's maritime history, so come along and look for yourself. If your after something to eat, choose from our extensive bar menu, a la carte evening meals, or our ever popular carvery lunch on Sundays. Whilst at Best Western Hotel Rosslare, sample one of our many speciality cocktails and if your hobby is sport view live major sporting events on our many plasma television screens. If its entertainment your after, then come along to join the craic and listen to live entertainment in the bar every Friday and Saturday nights. The Portholes Bar has a separate games room with 2 pool tables and darts board for those of you who wish to pot the black ball and go for one hundred and eighty! We have a purpose built smoking area with its built in patio heaters. Enjoy the sporting activities on the Big Screen in the glow of a warm fire. The Portholes Bar is said to have one of the most vibrant atmospheres in the South East and is renowned for warmth and hospitality. Fort Restaurant Experience fine dining, with views of the Harbour in our Fort Restaurant. Choose from our extensive a la carte menu offering the best in Irish, European and International cuisines. Sample the local fish from Kilmore Quay, locally grown fruit and vegetables and indulge in one of our many meat dishes. Come along and enjoy a romantic candle lit dinner for that special occasion.

There are limited number of smoking rooms available upon request. Best Western Hotel Rosslare cannot guarantee any requests. Please note that we have live entertainment every Friday & Saturday nights, Bank Holiday Sundays and some Sunday nights during summer, this music may be heard in some rooms. We are also a popular function venue and may have functions with live entertainment during your stay. Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
