Apartments consist of a lounge-diner with a large sofa bed, terrace and 1 or 2 bedrooms. A safe deposit box is available at a small extra charge and cots are available, subject to availability.

Hotel details

An extensive daily programme of entertainment with activities for all ages is on offer at the hotel, including aqua-gym, aerobics, a mini-club, and competitions, at night there are shows in which guests can participate, musical performances and quizzes. In addition there is also an internet terminal and games areas.

Food & Beverages

The Hotel Apartaments Bahía Serena has a large buffet style restaurant where a variety of national and international dishes are on offer. Restaurant la chalupa: A welcoming marine style restaurant; its varied and ample menu offers both national and international dishes, including local cuisine, complemented by a selection of excellent wines. The Cafeteria Galatea is an ideal place to relax after lunch while enjoying a drink or coffee in a pleasant peaceful environment. Full Board is possible with an extra supplement of 6.42 EUR per person per day.

The hotel does not accept American Express. An additional credit card is required to guarantee your booking. Please note: renovations will be taking place in this hotel from 21 September 2009 until June 2010. We apologise for any inconvenience caused to guests during this time.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 2.00 per 30 minutes. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 6.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.  Full board costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
