Hotel details

The hotel offers a wide range of additional services to make your stay a comfortable one: open air and covered parking (subject to availability and at a small surcharge), a small keep-fit gym (free of charge), a laundrette and 2 swimming pools. Guests can also access the fully equipped Fitness Centre in Hotel Bahia Serena at a special rate. Swimming Pool Area: Relax out on the large sun terrace with sun beds and umbrellas and cool off in one of the pools. There is a large, fun pool with waterfalls and slides and a children’s pool so the little ones can enjoy the water as well. There is also an indoor pool for the winter months. Swimming towels provided. Fun and Entertainment: There are ping pong tables, billiards, darts and internet terminals (some have an extra charge). There is a variety of daily and evening entertainment programmes run by professionals. Sports activities, water gymnastics, games and live music to name but a few.

Food & Beverages

Buffet Restaurant: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner buffet offering a wide range of dishes along with show cooking, creperie and dessert options. Cafeteria Neptuno: A relaxed feel where you can enjoy a wide seleccion of drinks, snacks and tapas. There is also this service available out on the terrace.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 6.50 per hour. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 5.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 4.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
