All the rooms are decorated in a rustic, modern stlyle, have en suite bathrooms, satellite tv and telephone. They are centrally heated and have ceiling fans. They are all south facing with views over the river.

Hotel details

The hotel’s building has been converted from a derelict mill into its present form as a luxury hotel. Originally a flour and olive oil mill dating back to the 18th century, the building was abandoned in 1993. Many of its original features, such as the milling stones, machines and moat remain in place, giving the hotel a charm of its own. Outside, gardens are built on 2 terraces landscaped with fruit trees. These lead down to a beautiful waterfall cascading into the River Guadalcobacin.

Food & Beverages

The restaurant is beautifully set around an open central fireplace and features much of the original mill machinery. In the summer months there is also dining on the riverside terrace. the chef has created an interesting international menu using only the finest of fresh local produce and seafood. The menu also offers an extensive wine list including many locally produced vingtages and a wide selection of international wines. (Restaurant is closed on Mondays)

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
