Food & Beverages

There is no restaurant available inside the hotel, but the hotel has favourable rates with the nearest restaurants in the area (within a few metres of the hotel).

Customers are kindly requested to provide the payment of the total amount of reservation at the moment of check-in. Please note: All Round sports centre will be closed from August 11 until August 24, 2008. During this time, all sport facilities, such as the pool, fitness centre, tennis courts and spa services, will not be available.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.  American breakfast is not included and costs EUR 18.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
