Rooms

The hotel boasts 350 soundproofed and air conditioned rooms with different categories: Classic, Superior and Deluxe. All the rooms have a double bed, satellite TV with pay-per-view movies, individual air conditioning and a minibar. They all have a bathroom with a bath.

The hotel has a convention centre of 1000 m², containing 15 conference rooms with all the latest technology. The centre is a spacious, ideal place for your board meetings and seminars. There is also a health track and botanical discovery area.

Food & Beverages

An American buffet breakfast is served from 06:00 to 10:30 in the Escale Brasserie. Breakfast can also be served in your room. Come and enjoy the seafood specialities and the country cooking at the Escale Brasserie. Menus from EUR 22 are served until 23:00. 24-hour room service is also available. The Cape Bar with its library and cigar cellar invites you to try one of its cocktails, served until 02:00.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 4.50 per hour. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 12.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 25.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
