Unfortunately the hotel does not have a lift. only one pet per room is allowed.

Food & Beverages

Breakfast is served from 07:30 until 10:00.

If you arrive after 18.00, please call the reception. Reception opening times: 7.30 to 22.00 during the week and 8.30 to 22.00 Saturday and Sunday. The reception might be closed Sunday afternoon between November and April from 12.00 to 17.00.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free Public parking is possible on streets nearby (reservation is not possible). 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.65 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is not included and costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
