Apartment A (45 m² / 4 persons) Studio, consists of: living/dining room with double bed-settee, fold-away double bed, small open-kitchen, shower/WC, small garden. Apartment B (40 m² / 4 persons) Medium apartment, consists of: bedroom with twin beds, living/dining room with double bed-settee, small open-kitchen, shower/WC, balcony with lake-view, or terrace or small garden. Apartment C (60 m² / 6 persons) Large apartment, in mansard, consists of: two bedrooms with twin beds, living/dining room with double-bed-settee, small open-kitchen, shower/WC, smalll terrace. The rate includes: towels and bed linen (1 change per week), cleaning of the apartment at the end of the stay (rubbish-removal and dish-washing to be done by guests), electricity, hot water, heating, adequate kitchen equipment, wind-surf and mountain-bike depot, deposit for boats, table tennis.

Hotel details

The 30 furnished apartments are equipped with all common facilities and a terrace with lake view or small garden. Moreover a fully-equipped kitchenette, an elevator, swimming pool, garden, ping pong, deposit for mountain-bikes and wind-surf and bike renting complete the service of Residence Marina. Staff is availble for cleaning service.

Food & Beverages

The Guests of Residence Marina can use the swimming pool, the restaurant and the bar of the Mirage Hotel (400 Mt). The restaurant, with lake view, proposes tasty regional and international kitchen specialities, and the “glass” bar, with the open-air Terrazza, is the ideal place to relax and have a chat, and at lunch time taste appetizing snacks or refreshing dishes.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 100 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 3.
