SOCIAL SPA Access to the hotel's Social Spa is not permitted for children under 16 years. EARLY DEPARTURE: In case of early departure the hotel will charge the full reservation amount.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Up to two children under 2 years are charged EUR 8.00 per night and person for cots.  Up to two children from 3 to 12 years are charged 30 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Up to two older children or adults are charged 40 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
