Area information The hotel is located in the historic centre of Riga. This area has been branded a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, who have described the city as of "outstanding universal value by virtue of the quality and the quantity of its Art Nouveau/Jugendstil architecture, which is unparalleled anywhere in the world". Travel information By Train: The hotel is a short walk, around 500 metres, from the central railway station. A taxi from here to the hotel will cost around EUR 7. By Plane: From the airport (RIX): Bus number 22 leaves from the airport every half an hour from 05:50 until 23:15 and takes approximately 30-35 minutes to reach the hotel. Alight at stop 13 Janvara Iela (near the central bus and train station). A taxi takes between 15 and 30 minutes depending on traffic. The cost for a ride to the hotel is about EUR 19. Hotel Centra offers an airport transfer for EUR 19. This service must be booked in advance.
