All the hotel's bedrooms are lavishly styled, fitted with 18th century furniture in Lombardo style, golden soft furnishings, Murano chandeliers, parquet floors and Nembro pink marble bathrooms.

Hotel details

Built in 1735, the palace was home to the aristocratic families of Brescia - Avogadro and Fenaroli for at least four centuries. The hotel has 8 rooms suitable for meetings or banquets, with access to a very large terrace. There is also a congress centre, home to 2 large, attractive auditoriums, capable of accommodating up to 240 people, with access to another sizable terrace. The property is arranged in a U-shape, with a striking pink and white exterior.

Food & Beverages

The hotel offers you a hearty breakfast every morning in the 18th century Lombard style breakfast room. Hostaria 1735, the hotel's grand restaurant, offers an impressive array of regional and international dishes for lunch and dinner. Dinner is served from 19:00 until 22:00, and advance booking is recommended. The hotel's American bar offers drinks and light snacks until 00:00.

Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 3.00 per hour.  Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 15.00 per 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 45.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
