The Hampshire Inn Renesse offers 200 m² meeting space for all kinds of meetings. The different rooms can be combined to one big meeting room and during the breaks u can use the comfortable bar. In combination with hotel and restaurant all kind of packages are possible.

Restaurant: Brasserie "Arc en Bleu" is the gastronomic meeting point of the area. The kitchen of brasserie "Arc en Bleu" is both influenced by the the Mediterranean kitchen and the local "Zeeuwse" Kitchen. The menu of brasserie "Arc en Bleu" offers courses which are suitable for every moment of the day and are served in the restaurant or on the spacious terrace.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 5.95 per hour.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.92 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
