Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.79 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 14.00 per person.  Half board costs EUR 39.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 6 to 11 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 12 to 15 years is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
