Area information

Located in the centre of the town of Reit im Winkl, with numerous hiking trails in front of the door. Destinations worth visiting: Winklmoos mountain pasture, Castle Chiemsee with Ludwig II. Museum, Kufstein, Kitzbuehl, Munich and Salzburg. Various leisure activities such as hiking, cycling (free bicycle rental), Nordic Walking, alpine skiing or toboggan sports. Visit the Biathlon World Cup in Ruhpolding in January!

Travel information

Arrival by car: From direction Munich take the highway Munich-Salzburg towards exit Bernau at kilometre mark 77; further on the German Alpine Road towards Reit im Winkl. From direction Salzburg take exit Inzell-Ruhpolding at kilometre mark 99.7; further via Ruhpolding towards Reit im Winkl. By plane: The next airports are Munich (140 km) and Salzburg in Austria (60 km). By train or bus: Main station Prien on the Chiemsee, from here frequent bus connections to Reit im Winkl.

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 0.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 22.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
