The entrance to the building is equipped wit a ramp for disabled persons and a lift is available at the inside. A meeting room for 50 people can be booked in advance. On your request we book your taxi transportation (24 hour service) in advance.

Food & Beverages

The restaurant is open to the public and to our hotel guests. It is known for its excellent Tuscan and traditional dishes. Thanks to severe quality checks and the genuineness of the food we offer, our restaurant has become the crowning branch of our activity. The highlights of our kitchen include: a combination of warm crostoni, pappardelle alla lepre, polenta al cinghiale, bistecca alla fiorentina, tagliata ai funghi porcini, vin santo and cantuccini di Prato. Our special attention and care for details make the difference: we use olive oil from our own production; our house wine is excellent Chianti from our area, and all the meat, vegetables and dairy products we offer are severely checked and guaranteed. The hotel offers a 24 hour bar service and a night watch.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate.  Continental breakfast is not included and costs EUR 5.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
