The hotel’s traditional Southcrest Restaurant overlooks the beautiful gardens. You can choose from the selection of freshly prepared dishes, complimented with wines from around the world. The Southcrest Restaurant has a good reputation locally so why not try it for yourself? At weekends the restaurant is open for breakfast from 08:00 until 10:00.

From September 2009, there be ongoing refurbishment at the hotel for between 6 and 12 months.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs GBP 8.95 per person.  Full English breakfast costs GBP 11.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
