En suite and fully refurbished rooms have new, comfortable beds and a range of facilities. Please see individual room descriptions for a complete list of facilities on offer. Although ground floor rooms are available, there is no wheelchair access. Please advise at the time of reservation if you would prefer to stay in a ground floor room. Secure wireless internet is available to all guests, please request a password at check-in.

Food & Beverages

The Russell Court is extremely proud to have achieved a 4-star food and hygiene award from Reading Council's ‘Safer Food, Better Business’ scheme. Complimentary breakfast is offered 7 days a week. From Monday to Friday, a full English and buffet breakfast is served between 07:00 and 08:30. On Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, a buffet breakfast only is served between 08:00 and 09:00.

We welcome families with children of all ages. We can offer cots for babies, or bed side protectors for infants (a safety bar to keep children rolling off the beds). Please note: Russell Court Hotel is strictly a no smoking hotel. Payment Information: All credit cards are welcome, however the hotel charges a 3.5% processing fee on Amex only. All other cards are accepted without a processing fee.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
