The hotel has a private on-site car park with closed-circuit television surveillance. No visitors are allowed after 21:00.

Food & Beverages

Breakfast is included in the price. A full English breakfast is served from Monday to Friday. A continental breakfast is available on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. A fixed dinner menu is served from 18:00 until late. The hotel bar is open from 17:00 every day.

Please note that for bookings of 5 nights or more, special terms apply. A deposit equal to 20% of the total cost of the booking will be charged by the hotel at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate.  Dinner costs GBP 9.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
