The Holiday Inn Reading West is an excellent venue for conferencing within the Thames Valley area. There are 7 air conditioned conference rooms, with capacities ranging from 3 people to 200 people, seated theatre-style. The hotel can also cater for weddings of up to 150 people, as well as having a civil licence for civil ceremonies for up to 80 people. 2 of the hotel’s rooms are wheelchair accessible and suitable for disabled guests, wheelchair users and those with reduced mobility.

Food & Beverages

The main restaurant is open for dinner from 18:00 to 22:00 and is situated on the hotel’s ground floor. The hotel’s lounge area offers an extensive à la carte menu of brasserie-style meals from 11:00 to 22:00. Room service is available 24 hours a day. The bar is situated on the ground floor. You can relax and enjoy a drink looking out over the courtyard or watch the latest news and sport on the wide-screen TV.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs GBP 15.00 per 24 hours.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs GBP 12.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 19 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
