This apartment was built in 2005 and offers space for a maximum of 5 people. The living room features 2 sofa beds and it is also possible to add an extra bed. In the bedroom you will find a double bed and a cot. There is also a kitchen, the hallway and bathroom are tiled and the bedroom and living area have wooden floors. There is a south-facing terrace and a separate entrance to make you feel at home.

In the garden you will find a sauna house with shower and a quiet place to sit and relax.

Room rates include towels and bed sheets Use of the sauna costs EUR 8 Cleaning and clearing of kitchenware is not included in the end cleaning fee of EUR 25 and will be charged at an extra cost of EUR 20

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 46 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 36 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 26 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 16 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 11 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  EUR 25.00 service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 6.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
