Own computer available upon request. In some of the guest rooms you may also find larger beds, balcony or terrace, lounge area and a coffee or tea maker.

Creativity and fantasy can be found in all public areas of the hotel. Look, for instance, at the lobby's precious ceiling light made of Murano glass. Active guests will enjoy the wellness area offering sauna, steam bath and gym. All conference rooms feature daylight and have access to a large foyer – ideal for gatherings, receptions or exhibitions.

Food & Beverages

Each morning, the hotel's delicious and varied breakfast buffet provides you with an energetic start to the day. Culinary highlights are available in the restaurant, "Orangerie", each evening. Draught beer, excellent wines and delicate cocktails are served at the hotel bar, "Reds". The bar features factory-style decor with high ceilings, and offers an original Berlin buffet.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 8.50 per day.  Free public parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
