Own computer available upon request. In some of the guest rooms you may also find larger beds, balcony or terrace, lounge area and a coffee or tea maker.

Creativity and fantasy can be found in all public areas of the hotel. Look, for instance, at the precious ceiling light made of Murano glass which decorates our hotel lobby. Active guests will enjoy our wellness area offering sauna, steam bath and gym. Furthermore, there are 7 conference rooms, with daylight and blends, and the restaurant “Marktplatz” at our guests’ disposal. All conference rooms feature daylight and have access to a large foyer – ideal for gatherings, receptions or exhibitions. Furthermore, the location of the hotel – between the new trade fair centre of Leipzig and the International Airport Halle-Leipzig and not far away from the main motorways – make the hotel a favoured place for staging an event or a conference.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
