Area information The hotel lies amid the beautiful Bayerischer Wald (Bavarian Forest) countryside, just waiting to be explored on foot or by bike. Alternatively, go on day trips to nearby destinations of interest. The attractive, historic town of Passau lies just 25 kilometres from the hotel, along the Danube river. The Czech border lies only 30 kilometres from Goggersreut. A special attraction, just 50 kilometres away, is Pullman City – an American western-themed town, with cowboys and Indians During the winter, the Bayerischer Wald region is attractive for snow sports. Only a 40-minute drive from the hotel lies a small ski resort, Freyung-Grainet, and there are cross-country skiing paths passing close to the hotel.

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
