Hotel details

All rooms/suites will be assigned on a Run-of-the-House basis within the existing building of the Resort. Under no circumstances will a room with a particular view or bedding arrangement be confirmed in advance.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs USD 24.00 per 24 hours.  Wired internet is available in the business centre and costs USD 3.00 per 30 minutes. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % Tax is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Meals and selected beverages is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child from 6 to 12 years is charged USD 20.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
