A mere 50m from the beach, this cosy unit has a restaurant, coffee shop, bar, and a pool for adults and children. Minimum nights: April, May and October - 3 nights. June and September - 5 nights. July and August - 7 nights.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 13.50 per person.  Half board costs EUR 6.75 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 2 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  One further older child or adult is charged EUR 44.20 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
