Cancellation policy

100% deposit required. Any cancellation will result in a charge of 25%.Cancellations within 30-45 days will be subject to a penalty of 50%. Cancellations within 30 days will result in a penalty of 100%. No-shows will be suject to a 100% penalty fee. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Child policy

Children under 12 (maximun 1) stays free when sharing room with parents. Second child pays $25.00. In the event that the child is traveling with a single parent the Single parent will pay the single rate and the 1st and 2nd child will pay 50% of the double rate.
