Take time during your stay to step through the doors of the Karma Spa where we provide natural, holistic and organic treatments to completely nourish, rebalance and repair the face and body. This exclusive retreat includes 6 indulgent treatment suites, including a VIP couple's suite with hydrotherapy bath, 3 relaxation rooms, a traditional Turkish bath and Arabian Rasul. Other facilites include the Rejuvenation Skin Clinic, a Roman style swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, state of the art Technogym gymnasium, outdoor tennis court, spa boutique and spa eatery. Residents are strongly advised to book in advance. If the spa isn't for you, then you can always practice your swing on the 9-hole golf course adjacent to the hotel.

Food & Beverages

Ciro's Brasserie is a magnificent Mediterranean style restaurant serving a wide range of mouthwatering dishes from Monday to Saturday. We serve a traditional English Sunday carvery at lunchtime and in the evening. Within Ciro's is an all day coffee bar serving a morning coffee, afternoon teas and cocktails. Nelson's Bar serves traditional ales and gastropub style meals.

Please note that the times for children to use the leisure facilities are as follows: - Monday to Friday 09:00-11:00 and 14:00-17:30. - Saturday and Sunday 10:00-17:00. Please note that when making your reservation, your credit card details are only taken as a guarantee. No payment is taken until you arrive at the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 7.50 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 12.50 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
