The resort provides 205 comfortable rooms of Mexican-Caribbean design in 4 story buildings. The rooms are equipped with either 1 king size bed or two double beds, air conditioning, satellite TV, direct access phone, safety deposit box (with extra charge) and full bathroom with hair dryer. 5 swimming pools, including a pool for children, 6 restaurants, 7 bars including a fully equipped sports bar with full swing golf simulator, disco, fitness centre, 2 tennis courts and kid’s club for children from 4 to 12 years old. Not included and with an additional charge: on site massage service, scuba dive shop, logo shop, internet access, self service Laundromat, Full swing golf simulator, nearby professional Puerto Aventuras 9 hole golf course. New Spa Alegria of 3900m2 featuring weights, sauna, hydro massage, individual massage booths, boutique spa & beauty salon and more.

Food & Beverages

There are a large variety of restaurants and bar located on-site, offering a selection of international cuisine, including Italian, Mexican, Asian and buffet-style dining.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please note, extra beds are available upon request only. Children 6 years old and younger are free when accompanied by 2 adults, if not, then they pay adult extra person(Adult) charge in a double room. Children from 7 to 12 years old pay fifty percent of an adult in a double room, when accompanied by two adults; if not, they are charged an extra person (Adult) fee in a double room. Children 13 years old and older, are considered an adult and pay the fee of double room, or 3rd person fee.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % Tax is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Meals and selected beverages is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child from 7 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged 85 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
