Food & Beverages

The hotel offers guests a choice of 8 restaurants, featuring Mexican, Italian, Japanese and an international menu. There are also several bars located on-site, offering a variety of specialty cocktails and entertainment options.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. -Please note, extra beds are available upon request only. Children ages 6 and under are free when accompanied by 2 adults, if not, then they pay adult extra person (Adult) charge in a double room. Children from 7 to 12 years old pay fifty percent of an adult in a double room, when accompanied by two adults; if not, they are charged an extra person (Adult) fee in a double room. Children 13 years old and older, are considered an adult and pay the fee of double room, or 3rd person fee.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

Tax is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Meals and selected beverages is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child from 7 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged 85 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
