Area information Dolni Pocernice is a charming, peaceful town conveniently located on the outskirts of the Czech capital, Prague. The village is renowned for its greenery and, interestingly, the largest lake in the Prague area. Despite its proximity to Prague the town boasts several attractions of its own including a fully renovated traditional Czech granary (complete with a rare tiled stove) which can be hired for e.g. theatre performances or art exhibitions.
