Rooms

The recently renovated apartments range from 55 to 65 m² in size and are located close to city centre. The apartments can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. They consist of an anteroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom, a table for 6 people, a bright living room with 1or 2 double sofa beds and a satellite TV. Sheets, towels, toiletries and an automatic coffee machine for espresso, coffee, cappuccino and tea are provided among other amenities. A folder containing useful information about the city and important telephone numbers is provided as well.

Hotel details

Namesti Republiky (Republic Square) and Vaclavske Namesti (Wenceslas Square) are a short distance away. The customer care offices are located in the same building and are open from 06:00 to 21:00. Please inform us in advance about about your arrival time. A shuttle service is available at an additional cost and must be booked in advance. For arrivals during the night, there is a shuttle service with a private minivan. Please contact the hotel directly for information regarding the shuttle service. Extra apartment cleaning is available at an additional cost.

Food & Beverages

Restaurants and bars close to the palace are open for lunch and dinner. They serve international cuisine but also Czech specialities.

For arrivals on the 31st of December, the total amount will be charged by the hotel when you confirm.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 13.00 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 40 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

9 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children from 0 to 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 2 to 10 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 6.
