Melantrich Apartments

From the balcony of Melantrich House, very much appreciated, which once was the home of a publishing company, Václav Havel gave his speeches which initiated the fall of the communist regime in 1989. Visitors appreciate the hotel are brand new apartments situated on the largest Prague boulevard Václavské náměstí, which is Wenceslas Square,, valued throughout, in the very heart of the historical centre. Most of the apartments have a balcony or a terrace and all boast free wireless internet access. The building has been completely renovated recently and offers modern, and above all, quiet, spacious and well-equipped apartments with kitchens, a 24-h front desk and a fitness and wellness centre. Bars, very much appreciated, night clubs, restaurants, shops and malls, the National Theatre, Charles Bridge or Old town Square with the Astronomical clock are just around the corner. You will also find a washing machine and a CD player in the apartments.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

9 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 0.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is included.

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
