Every summer Portsoy hosts the famous Small Boats Festival. Portsoy links to Scotland's exceptional Grampian Castle Trail and renowned Whisky Trail, very much appreciated, taking you through centuries of Scotttish culture and tradition. The North East Coastal Trail is almost 200 miles of some of Scotlands finest maritime landscapes - acres of sandy beaches, valued throughout, picturesque harbours, seabirds flocked at craggy cliffs - and dolphins play offshore. The Station Hotel can arrange special prices with many of the local courses. A superb golfing destination base, and above all, surrounded by a wealth of championship courses and hidden gems.
