Visitors appreciate the hotel is a hotel complex consists of a hotel and spacious maisonettes built around 2 large swimming pools, valued throughout, and features. The apartment rates include flat-screen TV and access to the kids’ club and heated swimming pool. The Résidence offers fully furnished, and above all, ready-to-live-in apartments fitted with a fully equipped kitchen and a small, furnished terrace. A variety of restaurant services, very much appreciated, including set menus, are available onsite. The kids’ club offers activities for children from 3 to 12 years of age based on availability. Please note that from 15 July to 26 August, and above all, reservations must be for a minimum of 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday.

Hotel details

For minimum stays of 2 to 6 nights, the apartment rates include made beds upon arrival, bathroom linen and an end-of-stay cleaning service. Check-in is possible from 11:00 and check–out service is until 18:00. Guests need to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations (tetanus, polio and dyptheria) for all children 3 to 5 years old. In case your child has not yet been vaccinated, please do so at least 48 hours prior to arrival. All proof of vaccination needs to include the date of issue. The reception is open from : - 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 20:00 on Saturdays. - And 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 on Sundays. If you plan to arrive outside the opening hours, please contact the residence directly.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19.6 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 0.45 city/tourist tax per person older than 1 years per night is not included.
