Shuttle: Free shuttle to/from the Pontresina train station at arrival/departure Parking spots / garage: Rondo parking garage with 180 parking spaces vis-a-vis from the hotel: CHF 17 /24h The Hotel Saratz's spa area includes the indoor pool with a whirlpool and relaxation room, a traditional wooden sauna and a steambath made of natural rock. In the summer, a heated 200 m2 outdoor pool is also available for our guests' enjoyment.

Food & Beverages

The 125-year-old art-nouveau dining hall will transport you to another era - enjoyable, sensuous, with zest for life. The next morning you will be greeted by a lavish breakfast buffet. A new day can begin, full of promising interaction a varity of exciting experiences. The Pitschna Scena, created by the well-known Swiss artist Luginbühl, with the wrought iron bar in its center, is a pulsating meeting-point for a colorful crowd.

The rooms are accessible for for wheelchairs as well as the bathroom. However there are some parts of the hotel which aren't.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on streets nearby and costs CHF 17.00 per day.  Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs CHF 15.00 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 6 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 3 to 5 years is charged CHF 35.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 6 to 11 years is charged CHF 55.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 12 to 15 years is charged CHF 75.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged CHF 95.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
