The hotel, which stands in 9 acres of grounds, has a heated outdoor swimming pool with children's pool, a tennis court, table tennis, trampoline, practice golf course, indoor swimming pool, whirlpools, steam baths, saunas and Rhassoul. Children's ski school. Direct access to the cross-country skiing track. Children's club. Congress centre across the street.

Food & Beverages

The more than 130-year-old art-nouveau dining hall will transport you to another era - enjoyable, sensuous, with zest for life. The next morning you will be greeted by a lavish breakfast buffet. A new day can begin, full of promising interaction a varity of exciting experiences. The Pitschna Scena, created by the well-known Swiss artist Luginbühl, with the wrought iron bar in its center, is a pulsating meeting-point for a colorful crowd.

The hotel owns two handicapped-friendly furnished rooms which are to be reached with the wheel chair well. Pets: CHF 30,-- per night without food.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs CHF 30.00 per 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 6 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 3 to 5 years is charged CHF 35.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 6 to 11 years is charged CHF 55.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 12 to 15 years is charged CHF 75.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged CHF 95.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
