Food & Beverages

The bar doubles as breakfast room and is located on the first floor. Start your day with a continental breakfast, served daily from 07:30 to 10:00. The bar is open every day from 20:00 to 24:00.

The Residential reserves the right to request a pre-payment of 15% of the total amount in order to guarantee the reservation. This amount will be deducted on your final invoice.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 20.00 per 24 hours.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

4 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 9.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
