Area information

Polanica Zdrój is a health resort beautifully situated in the Kłodzko Valley, on the way Wrocław – Prag (Road E-67). The wonderful, mild climate, healing mineral water and stunning surroundings will make your stay a great experience. A wide range of curative treatments will make your stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. The charming promenade situated in the centre of Polanica, along the Bystrzyca Dusznicka River is filled with restaurants and cafés. You can also find facilities here such as: a theatre, museum, artistic glass works, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, a toboggan run and a saddle-horse stable. For active tourists we recommend hiking and the fantastic bicycle routes which surround Polanica. In this region there are a lot of interesting places that are worth to be seen and visited, such as: the skiing resorts, National Park with the Stołowe Mountains, gold and silver mines, caves and much, much more.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  PLN 2.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged PLN 67.20 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
