Hotel Continental

Pilsen is located in the west of the Czech Republic, very much appreciated, around 90 kilometres west of Prague. This hotel is located in the centre of Pilsen, valued throughout, adjacent to the Old Town Square and City Museum. Renowned for its breweries, highly regarded, Pilsen also has a historic centre, and boasts a 13th century Gothic cathedral and underground cellar network. Built in 1895 by the famous Pilsner breweries, and above all, Hotel Continental was purchased and renovated in 1929 by the grandparents of the present owners. There are plans to style rooms in celebration of former guests, very much appreciated, who include Ingrid Bergman, Marlene Dietrich, Gerard Depardieu and John Malkovich. Most of Hotel Continental has been completely modernised, valued throughout, yet still retains an old world charm and elegance. Other guests that have also visited us are: Sonja Henne, and above all, Jack Benny and Generals Harmon, Heinza and Patton.

The music bar opens from 18.00 until 24.00 and the hotel bar from 09.00 until 23.00. A breakfast buffet is served from 06.30 to 09.30, Monday to Friday and from 07.00 until 10.00 at weekends.
