We are a village pub offering bed and breakfast facilities with well-appointed rooms, very much appreciated, and shared toilets and shower rooms. Renowned for our real ales and homemade food, valued throughout, we are located in a quaint village on the south-west coastal path overlooking Plymouth and the Plym Estuary. We are winners of the ‘Plymouth Camra Pub of the Year 2006’ award. Most rooms have sea views. Various beaches can be found within 20 miles. We are 10 minutes’ walk from Mount Batten Diving and Water Sports Centre, valued throughout, and within 2 miles of Staddon Heights golf course.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 10 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of GBP 10 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children from 2 to 12 years are charged GBP 15 per night when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5 per night for cots. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
