Bedrooms which are all en-suite, very much appreciated, have been recently redecorated and are spacious light and fresh. Our accommodation is spread over 3 floors, valued throughout, has full central heating, tv, and complimentary beverage tray and toiletries. All our rooms are Non-smoking. A residents lounge is available. Cots, very much appreciated, Highchairs, Ironing boards, Irons and Hairdryers are available if required. A full range of rooms are available including double, valued throughout, family, single and twins. Freshly cooked full English breakfast is served between 7. Reception closes before 11pm. We do not accept late check-in (past 10pm) except by prior arrangement. A credit card is required as a gaurantee. If the booking is not cancelled outside of the cancellation notice period, your credit card will be charged with the full amount of the booking. Payment is not taken until checkout, unless otherwise specified, so please remember to bring your credit card with you if you wish to use this method to pay. Please note that we charge 2% surcharge for all payment by credit card (4% charge on amex). Late checkouts by prior arrangement and according to availability. No take-aways meals are allowed to be brought into the hotel. We regret we do not accept pets !!

Address 3-5 Alfred Street, The Hoe PL1 2RP Plymouth
Travel information M5 to Exeter & then a38 to Plymouth. Follow signs to City Center, & The Hoe. Turn into Notte Street look for the Barbican on your left as you pass a large antique shop on a corner next to a small car park. Continue on past a row of shops & restaruants on your right (Notte Inn, Arribas & Eastern Eye Indian & Spar Shop) Continue up the hill past the Unitarian church on your right and look for a large building called Gill Akaster House. At these lights turn left into Lockyer Street and Alfred Street is about 200yds up on the right hand side. If you miss this look for the Leat or Walrus Pub which is opposite a garage called Crescent Cars. Turn left here into Athanaeum Street and Alfred Street is about 200yds up on the left. There are 6 car parking spaces at the rear of the hotel, however if these are full, on street parking is available at either end of Alfred Street (200yds - 500yds) and is free overnight (6pm onwards) until 10am the following morning and all day Sunday. Car-parking at the rear of the hotel (in our own carpark) is on a first come first served basis and cannot be reserved or gauranteed, however on street parking is available within 200 - 500 yds away although this again cannot be gauranteed. Please remember this is a busy residential and hotel area in the centre of Plymouth so parking is limited and may at peak times be difficult to obtain near the hotel. Parking on the road directly in front of the hotel or at the rear of the hotel may incur a council parking fine. We will endeavour to help direct you to parking facilities on your arrival.
