Children are always welcome at Novotel, and up to 2 children under the age of 16 years stay free of charge on a bed and breakfast basis when sharing their parents’ room. All 100 bedrooms are spacious and fresh, offering everything you have come to expect from a 3 star hotel and much more, such as a state-of-the-art multimedia TV system.

For children there is a small play area featuring a PlayStation 2 with a library of games to keep them occupied. Throughout the summer months of May until September, make sure you take advantage of the warm climate in the South West and enjoy al fresco dining on the sun terrace or just take a plunge in the outdoor heated swimming pool for an invigorating experience.

Food & Beverages

For dining, Elements restaurant and bar is a new approach to eating and drinking. It serves an array of inspirational dishes in contemporary surroundings where the team are knowledgeable and educated in presenting good honest cooking, quality wines and refreshing beverages. Alternatively, simply get deep over the aroma of coffee from an extensive fair-trade coffee menu in relaxing surroundings.

Please note, there is free parking available at the hotel for all guests.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is not included and costs GBP 12.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 16 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
